I also was a former teacher/ aide in 2010, I would go from infants to second grade. while I was an aide I think the teacher did the best they could with what they had to work with. With not having enough supplies for the student to do the activities. Yes their where some teacher that were their to socialize instead of having a education environment. Yes there was a lot changes and different staff, but when you don't treat your teacher the way you would like to be treated then its hard to work for them. I love the owner dearly, but they didn't know what was going on when they left the school. The school could have great potential but you need to those teacher that love their job and enjoy the kids. Keep the goods ones and let go of the bad ones.
I am a former teacher of Children Are the Future and have worked there many years. I have seen many children start in the Infants one room and go all the way through PreK. I have also seen the children's younger siblings start and finish all the way through the daycare. I have had many parents happy with the education their children have received in the preschool classrooms and they say their child/children were better prepared to attend school because of the education they received.
we chose to leave this school. I found the staff changed often and couldn't find a supportive 'partner' in my childs education and development.
