The most important factor in the care your child will receive is the person/people who will be directly caring for them. Sunshine House has been in business since 1984 and knows how to retain excellent staff. The average longevity is 10 years...virtually unheard of!!! The stated learning program (and Sunshine House is also excellent in that category) is of no importance if you don't have top-notch staff.

The best pre-school daycare you could ever ask for. Have had my daughter there since 2 and she is now 6 and goes to the after kindergarden program daycare. I started my son at 2.5 and he is now 3.5. And loves it. My daughter has excelled in Kindergardent due to the loving, nurturing, and learning environment. Teachers, staff are the best and truly care about the kids. I have never had to worry about my kids. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend to any new parent for a safe, fun, learning for your child.. A++++ preschool/childcare.

Expose your child to as many activities as they show interest in. They should not be expected to fulfill YOUR dreams. If you support their interest(s) it can grow into a lifelong passion. In turn, they will bond with others who share that interest.

Americans seem to value extroverts more than introverts. I came out of my shell when I found friends and activities that I liked (high school). And it just took off from there. Perhaps shy kids are just pickier about whose company they keep.
