I researched and researched, and I put my daughter at Michael's when she was six weeks old. These ladies are outstanding. At the beginning, they put up with my cloth diapers and frozen breastmilk. As the baby got older, they celebrated her achievements with me and have taught her so much. She's almost two and she's potty trained, speaking in real sentences, and can count to five. The center is always decorated for the seasons and special events, the kids have special activities like parades and portraits, and the teachers really know the kids. Joan and her staff have been just wonderful with my special requests and concerns, and they really care about my child. There is constant professional development and training for the staff, and I was even allowed to recertify my own CPR/First Aid with their group. The children have art projects and games that encourage their gross and fine motor skills. They work with age-appropriate toys in a safe environment. We will be moving out of state, and I'm so sad to be leaving. We will really miss these amazing ladies. Thank you, Joan, Erica, and all the teachers, for everything you've done for my daughter and our family. Leia, Andrew & M Jex
