I absolutely love this school! The director is incredible. Every teacher has years and years at this school and they all sincerely care about the children. My daughter loves going to school!

I make a list of items to discuss ahead of time. Then after the conference, I keep in touch. This also depends on how far into the year the conferences are.

First understand that teachers / schools make big deals over EVERYTHING. Second, no one knows your child better than you. Third, keep a frequent line of communication open with the teacher and conferences are just a recap... no surprises.
