I have three children. I explored more than 8 preschools. This is the BEST that I could found. Teachers and staffs are very nice, patient and responsible. They don't push kids to learn but they put learning in every fun playing game. My friend sent her three kids to this school and all of them can read before K. The only weaknesses is the outlook of the facility, but you can't judge a book from its cover, right? I love this school and will recommend to every one I know.

My two children were students here ( the youngest just started Kinder). The teachers are caring, nurturing, and are so helpful to the students . They offer a studen-led curriculum and this worked out great for my children. My Kindergartener is thriving and reading and Shepherd of the Valley teachers had a lot to do with that. HIghly recommend the program. Administrator and teachers are very engaged in the progress of each student.

My two children went to this school (the second one is still there), and I have only positive things to say; nurturing staff, reasonable tuition, and fun learning environment. They can improve the esthetic of the school building a bit, but hey, it's the content that matters, right?!

I make a list of items to discuss ahead of time. Then after the conference, I keep in touch. This also depends on how far into the year the conferences are.

First understand that teachers / schools make big deals over EVERYTHING. Second, no one knows your child better than you. Third, keep a frequent line of communication open with the teacher and conferences are just a recap... no surprises.
