My daughter has attended Starbright since she was 2 years old--she is now 5. I have found the environment to be a perfect balance between fun and educational. The teachers and staff are well educated, professional, patient and available. We have found that they teach to the child based on their level verses just teaching to a classroom of children. I am also impressed by the big and little things--from the way they comfort and speak to the students--to the cleanliness of the school the effort put into the recitals to the quality of the meals and variety of the play equipment. I couldn t be more grateful to them and only wish the school continued well past Kindergarten.
My son has been attending Starbright for about a year. I am rather pleased with the environment, quality of education, care, and overall friendly and nurturing attitude of teachers. It is definitely a happy place for children with a lot of structure and possibilities for individual development. So far I liked every teacher that my son has - they are all experienced, patient, and caring. My only wish is that they had an on-sight cook that would make lunch 'from scratch' as oppose to your staple daycare selection.
I've got two kids currently attending Starbright. My 7-year-old has started when she was 2 and is now in their after-school care program. My 4-year-old has been with them also since 2. Both kids look forward to going to Starbright every single day. It's a healthy, nurturing, friendly environment with highly-qualified staff and management. The regular program includes daily age-appropriate projects, music lessons, hot meals, and nap time. There is also a multitude of optional enrichment programs, such as math, dance, languages, and science. Starbright's musical theater program stages regular shows featuring young stars performing for their parents and grandparents. A solid emphasis is put on education basics, so that the kids are well prepared to continue in any type of public or private elementary school. Due to the ever-increasing demand, Starbright has recently opened a second campus in Campbell. Starbright deserves the highest recommendation.
Excellent Russian day care center and K-program. Caring, well educated teachers and staff, hot meals, clean, safe, nurturing environment. Takes kids ages 2-6. Great choice of classes - art, dance, Russian, etc. Kids are well prepared for school after attending K program. Once a year concerts for parents. After school care for elementary school kids.
