Very ridged, rule based. Not sweet, fun or engaging personalities in some lead instructor positions. More like a daycare than an educational setting. Instructor often spends drop off and pick up times critiquing kids for not acting like mini adults and actually correcting parents for things such as helping a child take off or put on a coat! It comes across as rude and not at all encouraging.
Very nice facility. My son has been very happy here. I do wish they would emphasize parent involvement in the classroom a bit more. But overall, we've been happy.
