This is an amazing school and is run by mostly long term employees. The Director treats these people well because of their dedication and customer service. They always have a smile. It is clean, up to date and organized. Most important my children are getting a great education and a beautiful introduction to the love of God. I am always complimented on how intelligent my children are and I credited Covenant for this. My children been attending this daycare for 10 years. I temporarily sent my child to another daycare because it was closer to home and in one week my daughter was bit 4 times at that daycare. Not once was the staff able to give me any details as to why this was happening so I could correct my child. We went back to Covenant and the staff was paying attention enough to tell me exactly what was going on when she got bit and together with Covenant we were able to correct the behavior causing the problem. They are paying attention! Great school, great staff, awesome management!
My children have attended Covenant since Summer of '10. My older child graduated from there and had such an amazing experience! She learned so much and was reading before she started Kindergarten this Fall. My younger child is in the Toddler Program and has already learned more than my older child did at the same age, while she attended another local preschool. Both of my girls have had amazing teachers who love them unconditionally! The staff is friendly and professional, but they know how to relate to the children, making sure each individual child's needs are met. The children love coming to school each day and they really love their teachers... I've even used one to babysit my girls! I highly recommend Covenant to anyone looking for their children to receive an excellent foundation for their academic lives!
We looked at many schools before deciding, and after more than a year, we're still very happy with the choice we made. Covenant (RR) is cleaner, brighter, and much better organized than the other places we considered and tried. We love that it's more than just a daycare as academics is a very important part of the day. Even the 2-3 year olds have "classes" like numbers, letters, and colors, and the older ones study reading, writing, and math. The teachers seem very dedicated to their work, and they've actually added some new ones to keep up with demand and to maintain their low ratio, and I can see why they're getting busier, since they really do provide an excellent learning and growing environment.
