I have a different view of the Primary school. I think overall, it is a good place for the children. The Principal, though, I have doubts about. I witnessed something last year that changed my whole opinion of her. She comes across very caring, but she can turn almost balistic in a very short time. I witnessed her doing this in front of children, which I believe is very unprofessional and SCARY to the children. Also, be careful not to get on her 'bad' side....she becomes very unfair.

Parent involvement is great at Piedmont Primary. The principal and teachers are great. The whole staff is great! My son started in Piedmont when he was in kindergarten. He is now going into 2nd grade at the Primary. Mrs. Robertson is a great asset to the Primary. My son loved music and art class. The parent involvement at this school is just awesome. This is a great school.

We have been in the school district for 3 years now and we are very proud to be a part of this school system. The primary has been wonderful and Mrs. Badgett is an excellent asset to this school coming from another school district, truly caring for her students. The parents are involved with the school and provide a lot of time with the teachers and students throughout the entire school year. We love Piedmont Schools!

Teachers who are firm, tough, yet fair, are mislabeled as, "bullies." This is such a ridiculous and false accusation. I got a tough job but I love my job and I care about the students. People don't have a clue what I do or the challenges... More »

How I handled it varied depending on the circumstances. Teacher bullying is child abuse-proove it 1st! If teacher/pricipal/staff won't stop-go above their heads-Seek help from PTO's,administration, schoolboard, media, even CPS-Child Protective Services.

No one should put up with this. Take it as high as you need to go and follow up everything in writing. Even so far as going to your local paper. School A tolerates bullying and won't help children being victimized. They will listen after that!
