Primrose took excellent care of our toddler. The staff was professional, friendly, and our child enjoyed spending time with them. We would consider placing our child with them again. The only reason that 5 stars weren't selected is because of a disagreement with their billing policy, specifically that they charge the full amount, even if closed an entire week for weather reasons.
