Best Decision we ever made! I was referred to the Primrose School of Southlake by longtime friends who take their 3 year old girl there. My wife and I are first time parents and were extremely apprehensive to take our three month old son anywhere. To this day, we do not trust our 17 month old son with his grandparents or a babysitter! We met with the owners and staff of Primrose four months before our son was born and immediately felt comfortable. They even let me spend as much time as I needed the first few weeks after he started (at 3 months) to watch how he handled his new surroundings. I work from home, so I have the ability to drop by at different points of the day to check in and I have never seen a problem. Primrose of Southlake certainly meets all items that you can put on a checklist such as cleanliness, organized, low staff turnover, low caregiver to child ratio, activities provided, etc. But they provide so much more than that. The teachers actually love and care for my son and talk about his achievements with the same twinkle in their eyes that his parents have.
