Like all schools, take precaution when enrolling your child here, at Primrose Copperfield. Ask lots of questions. Ask the hard ones and see how they really respond to you. The teacher turnover is ridiculous. Long term employees have recently left to work elsewhere. The administrative management turned over a position three times since we enrolled and now the sister in law (Megan) of the director (Becky Ebbler) works in the "turned over" position. Very odd. The majority of the teachers do not have anything more than a highschool degree. Focus was more on keeping issues quiet than communicating effectively. Their screening for employees is not very effective.
Great school! My kids have been going to this school for the last 2 years and I could see the development the school provided to them. I can compare my kids with kids staying at home or going to family day cares. My kids have been in several classes at Primrose of Copperfield and each class has its own specific atmosphere. I think the teachers are very motivated and care for the children, something I didn't really find in other day cares. I would say everyhting about the school looks great in terms of learning, care and development. Also there is no camera inside the school which first I thought was not a good idea but I now think it makes the school different than others (who would like being watched working?) The downsides: don't forget it is a business, and if it was not for the teachers, my kids would be attending another day care.
This is a wonderful school. The director Ms.Nancy & the entire staff are great! When my son started here, he would cry almost everyday but with in a month he just loved his teacher and every body out there. He loves going to school now. Everybody is very loving and caring and I would recommend this school 100%. My son also picked up a lot of things from going here. My husband and I are very pleased with his performance and I give all credit to the Primrose school of copperfield. A big thank you to the entire Primrose staff. Rahuls mom (EPS II)
