My older daughter attended Discovery while her dad was deployed for a year in Iraq. The deployment was very difficult for her, but the love and support that we both got from this preschool made it all much easier. My daughter is a wonderful and well adjusted child today (despite that experience) largely because of her time at this school!
Both of my children are attending Discovery Unlimited. It is by far and away the very best preschool in the city. Loving, caring, nuturing. My children beg to go to school. I am most impressed with cirriculum - from learning about the State of WY bird, flag, state animal, etc. to dinosaurs, to gardening. Clean, child focused, excellent!
Both of my children attended this school for preschool and for prekindergarden. They loved it and so did I! My son always called it his 'Little Apple School'. The focus of the curriculum is social and emotional development. As a result, there is a lot of singing, movement, art, and interaction with literature. Each month the curriculum focuses on a theme around which all the activities are structured. The teachers are loving and patient with all typeds of children. I highly recommend this school for children and parents alike.
