Darlington Early Childhood Center

DECC is hands down the best preschool in the Pawtucket area. My daughter attended for 2.5 years until we moved out of town. She was in two classes with teachers who knew the age groups better than anyone I know. Our fridge was covers in her creative crafts and she is singing new songs she learned at school all the time. All the teachers, even the ones not in my daughter s class, knew her by name and loved her. They have appropriate rules to keep your little one safe and are great communicators. They have special activities come in, like magicians and traveling zoos, which help with things to look forward to. The play area is safe and large with a good amount of shade and plenty of toys to share. They use a big hall in the building when the weather doesn t allow for outdoor play. I can t say enough good things about the staff and program at DECC. I wanted a school that would teach her and grow with her like I would if I was home with her. DECC was the best. We miss it there!

The school is overpriced and just average. If your child is under 4 then I would highly suggest that you go elsewhere unless you want then to try to tell you how to be a parent every other week.

I really like the school, and the teachers are great. The only problem is that the school is expensive, and tuition only keeps going up. We couldn't afford to send our youngest son there for that reason.

DECC is great. My son did not speak a lot before he started the 3 year old class. He is now a social butterfly and does not stop talking. The staff is very friendly. I will be sending my other son there also. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this school. My daughter has been their for two years. The school has a great professionalism the way they run things. I love the fact that their are two teachers a room, and if one teacher is sick the other takes over. I don't know about you but I like knowing who is taking care of my child.
