Emmanuel Nursery School holds a very special place in my heart. As a parent you want what is best for your child and you want to feel comfortable with the teachers you are trusting your children with. When I was looking for a preschool for our daughter I knew when I talked with the 3 wonderful teachers and visited the school that this was the place for our family. The environment that these teachers provide is one that every parent looks for in a school: safe, educational, loving, and fun! I highly recommend Emmanuel to any family looking for a preschool for their little one!
Emmanuel Nursery School is a wonderful place for a child to experience school for the first time. All three of my children have attended this school. The same teachers have been at the school for many, many years. They are very special ladies who immediately put both parents and children at ease! The school is very affordable compared to the other preschools in town. And they are willing to work with you to make their program meet your needs. I highly recommend this school!!!
My child has enjoyed attending Emmanuel. They have done some very nice projects, and their field trips have been educational and fun. Their school is in a church, which has an awesome space - VERY large compared to the other preschools in town. They even have a special lav with kids sized fixtures, a dedicated room for reading, a separate large coatroom, and wonderful (and safe) playground that is not close to any roads. The director (and teacher) Judy is very kind to the children, and the kids in turn, LOVE her. She has been there for 20 yrs as well. All of the staff has been there for a long time, which is great. I highly recommend this preschool, especially if you are looking for a preschool mainly for your child to learn social skills and be in classroom before they enter K. We have also found that the afternoon sessions have less children, so an even lower ratio of kids: teachers, which we love (and is almost unheard of!), something like 3 teachers for 12 kids!
Great non-religious program for the little ones. Safe location, well-kept facility with good teacher/student ratio. Excellent staff & stimulating curriculum with crafts, activities and play time - our boy loves going there!
