My daughter loves this school. When she started summer camp, she could not stop saying how much she misses "HER" Montessori school, all 5 teachers, and her friends. For a 2 year old, she already learned about planets, continents, states, and of course Villanova. The teachers are wonderful, loving, and kind. After visiting at least 4 other schools and day cares in the area, this place was the most impressive by far!

My daughter is now in her 2nd year at Main Line Montessori, and I could not be happier with the experience. The teachers are loving and present, responsive to our children's needs, and show caring and respect for both the children and the parents. My daughter has learned so much, it sometimes astonishes me! She knows about the world around her, the planet, the solar system. Projects have included making volcanoes, learning songs, writing their own special booklets -- for little 4-year-olds, I find this all very impressive! The school teaches my daughter social skills, and when kids get into scuffles or disagreements, and kids will, the fully attentive and caring staff makes sure everything is worked out peacefully, and with valuable lessons learned. I can't say enough about how fine an education and grounding in social skills my daughter is receiving. I'm so happy with this school!

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
