Our 2-yr old daughter was expelled from the school. We used a survey as an opportunity to provide constructive feedback. We were SOLICITED to complete...we did NOT ASK for....a survey. A survey is an opportunity to provide feedback. It is NOT a tool used just to praise. I provided honest feedback based on our perceptions and our experiences within our rights as parents who have a child attending their school. I believe their curriculum has declined over the years and the level of cleanliness has diminished as well, in both the care of our daughter and the facility itself. Still, the rating was a "5 out of 10"...which is average. In my opinion, I think the personal reaction to feedback provided on a survey they asked for was completely unfair. My recommendation is for them to provide the surveys anonymously and do not connect parents to them if you have difficulty receiving constructive feedback. After requesting a meeting, we were told our daughter s time there was finished and we had to find a new school. I felt their response to receiving honest feedback that may not have aligned to what they hoped for was unprofessional and disrespectful....in my opinion.

Wonderful school, my 3 year old has been attending since she was 15 months. She has done incredibly well there, blossoming from a shy girl into a big bundle of personality! She has learned so much, and impresses me every day! The teachers are all wonderful, as is the management staff. I would wholeheartedly recommend to others!
