Oregon City Preschool far exceeds my expectations. Teachers Kellie and Allison are great with the kids. My son is in 1st grade now, and the teachers at his Elementary School are always so impressed with the knowledge and skills that OCP kids bring with them when they start.

We absolutely love Oregon City Preschool and recommend this co-op highly. Teacher Kellie is a wonderful teacher. She is kind, creative and very aware of how to prepare children for grade school. Her teaching philosophy is academically based and her pre-k class is focused on kindergarten readiness. The kids spend time outside everyday either bundled up on a walk or on the playground. There are fantastic field trips each month as well. The co-op requires parental involvement, about two volunteer days working at school a month and participation in fundraising. All of which is fun and has never felt to me to be too much. We like being involved and have met many great families over the years. We've had an excellent experience with OCP!

I can not think of a better environment to introduce my child to preschool. This is truly a real preschool, not a day care that uses the title preschool to help parents justify dumping their kids somewhere for the day. Both of my children have been through this school and when they entered elementary school, their teachers there asked what we had done with our kids to prepare them for school. We have to give all the credit to Oregon City Preschool. The teacher is caring, loving, and most of all, she actually TEACHES the children how to be successful in school. Be prepared to be involved. This is a Co Op preschool. This means that the parents MUST be involved in the school. You will have to volunteer one or two classes each month and you will have to work and some fundraisers and other events.
