Kidz City Child Care Center

Management is very disrespectful and unprofessional, they constantly scream at the children, and some staff aggressively snatches and pull on the children. I've witnessed staff members telling the younger kids that they hate them, and that they are horrible. It's just not a place that I would ever send my child. The children cry all day because they have nothing fun to do, and they are barely allowed to play with toys. Staff gets written up and fired all of the time for reasons that are not even their faults. Don't apply here or send your child here.

As a previous employee of Kidz City I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone. With lesson plans and well trained staff, children get the experience of a preschool while parents are offered the convenience of a daycare. Open from 6 am to 12 am, this is the only daycare in the area with extend (and weekend!) hours. Overnight care is sometimes available when requested. Children work to learn shapes, colors, numbers, letters, and basic skills necessary to enter Kindergarten. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are provided, and a positive environment is created to help support and encourage development of social, verbal, and emotional skills : )

Kidz City has been a great envirnment for my child. As a toddler he was taught his colors, shapes, nursery rhymes, count to 10. A lot of music is played. The teachers are great.

I am a former employee at Kidz City and I think it's one of the most wonderful places for children to learn. We do lesson plans and have them posted in every room so our parents can see what we have been doing. We welcome anyone with open arms in hopes that they will enjoy being with us as we do them. The management is wonderful and is always there to help with any questions and to give advise. I would recommend this place to everyone who has kids or wants to work with kids. It's a great enviornment. I encourage people to come check us out.

Staff is often left out of ratio with kids. The management is out of control and do not respect the families, children, or staff members. Proper procedures are often not followed and it often gets taken out on the kids. Staff is underpaid and expected to buy most of their own classroom supplies. I would not recommend this center to anyone!
