Goddard School of Dublin II

My daughter is been going to The Goddard since she was 18 mons & i must say , She is growing beautifully. Love the staff too. her teachers are awesome .

The Goddard learning enviornment is top notch. The director and owner will always listen to my concerns and follow up quickly. Our family is so fortunate to have found this caring group of people to care for our child.

I have worked at the Goddard School located at 4980 Parkcenter Ave, Dublin Ohio 43017 for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it! The staff and administration are wonderful people to work for! We are all like one big family. I enjoy going to work everyday! They teach us that our biggest priority is the health and safety of the children! I love the fact that the administration really challenges us to be the best! They won't accept anything less. All of the teachers at the school are trained to be able to go into any classroom at any time. They only expect the best! All of the teachers know every child in the building! You will always find a teacher on their break in the infant room holding and cuddling a baby! Our main focus as teachers is to educate the children while having fun

When going into this particular Goddard school, I was surprised at the lack of professionalism. With the assistant director sitting indian style with her shoes off and the director eating and not showing interest in my presence. I was barely interviewed yet hired on the spot. My references were never called. Everyday that I worked, they threw me into a different room. I asked many times which room I would be assigned to and they replied by saying they are not sure yet. I was told that I would be watching training videos yet nothing was ever shown to me. I was never put into the computer system to clock in, but they claimed that my hours were being recorded. Once I realized the unorganization of this facitlity, I chose to leave. When I received my paycheck, I was paid two dollars less then I was told I would be making and cut eight hours short. When confronted I was told it was because I did not complete "training", yet they never had planned for me to get trained. If looking for employment, do not work here, you will get screwed over!
