Holy Trinity Child Development Center1

We had our child enrolled here for 2 years. The 1st year was nice and we thought the teachers were good. The 2nd year was definitely not good. The director did not have all the staff hired for the start of the year. The classroom was chaotic quite often, and there were a lot of issues that the staff turned a blind eye to. The staff blamed the children for the chaos in the classroom as well. Instead of trying to help students who had "issues", they tried to pass them off as a problem child. The teachers were impossible to get a hold of to talk to when there were issues. No e-mail or valid phone numbers given to the parents to leave messages. The one number given only rang but no one ever picked up. The director was spotty at best at returning messages. The director was not professional on many levels and was condescending and rude when discussing issues. We tried to work with them after talking with professionals Holy Trinity did nothing to help. That part is the most disappointing. When no professional agreed with them on if there were "issues" with my child, they shut down and would not do anything but "attack" us and blame our child all issues. Would not recommend.
