From my own experience, I thought it is a horrible environment especially for 6 to 12 months babies. I was gonna get my son in that daycare when he was 9 months but thanks god I didn't. During the transition period I saw some unprofessionalism from the teachers. They were looking at magazines and gossiping about celebrities instead of watching the kids. Some of the kids were playing with their spit...etc
