Montessori Children's House Of Wake Forest5

Montessori Children's House is a phenomenal school that I highly recommend to any parent of a preschool- K child. My daughter attended for two years and now my son is attending his third year for kindergarten. Janet is highly experienced in the Montessori method and truly understands the emotional and educational needs of children ages 3-6. My children worked very well in this environment and thrived beyond our expectations. MCHWF is set in the charming Mill Village of the historic area of Wake Forest. I love the fact that my children were challenged educationally, as well as given plenty of opportunities to safely explore in the grass, play among trees and get dirty in the sand. My only wish is that Ms. Janet's school went all the way to 12th grade! We love her so much and are sad that this will be our last year as a family to attend.
My son went to MCHWF for the last two years. It has been a wonderful experience. Ms Janet has been a Montessori teacher for over 30 years and is passionate about the Montessori method and her students. My son grew enormously both academically and socially during his 2 years there. Both Ms. Janet and her assistant Ms. Lisa are excellent at encouraging each child to reach their potential as individuals. It is a family like atmosphere at MCHWF, and we are sad to go. Our youngest child will be attending in 2013 and I can't wait to go back!
