Primrose schools have been a terrific place for both of our children. We started out in Colorado Springs, after going through home daycares and other schools, we finally found Primrose. When we relocated to North Carolina, we looked to a few other options to try to cut down on expenses. After a few incidents, we came back to Primrose and it has been consistently great. Its one of those places that everyone is happy to see you. Hannah and her staff are absolutely fantastic, everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgable. Both children clearly thrive in this environment. After going through a couple of different daycares, and having been to Primrose in two locations, I would recommend Primrose to anyone.
I looked at this school as a potential option but have clearly decided to go elsewhere as the management seems too phony and there did not seem to be any sincere appreciation for parents commentary. First hand e.g. of how decisions are made here: The Director, Hannah Ryan, was my friend's childs' Assistant teacher a few years back but was promoted to Director of the school with less than a year of experiece! Clearly she did not gain the needed experience in those months as an Asst teacher. When I met with her, she was a few years in to the Director role and has seemed to learn every way to smile and not directly answer your questions. Similar is true with the Asst Director Ashley. The school is lovely, but that talks to the cosmetics not the genuine attitude care and safety. the 3 times I visited I had several concerns, but I emplor everyone to visit prospective schools several times - unexpectedly and look are operation, teacher/student counts and what the teachers are doing while the children are outside! As friends ask me about my experience with this school, I will point them here & ask they do the same so neighbors will think about other options too. Thanks for the forum.
