Our 2 1/2 years old daughter is going to Goddard School for last 2 months. She has incredibly improved. She has excelled in speech development, expressions, vocabulary. The teachers and the staffs are very caring. They made her expressive. We are highly satisfied with her studies as well as her behaviour. The daily activity sheet with pictures are wonderful, which gives us the scope to view her activities. We are very pleased to be a member of The Goddard family.
Goddard School Cary is a really great school. They have really great programs for the kids and the average teacher student ratio is also less , which allows the teacher to pay more attention on kids. In past few months they have introduced new changes to the school which have been really great !!!!!
My daughter is 3 and started the Goddard School back in July 2013 and she absolutely loves it. I am impressed with the friendly and caring teachers and staff, the quality of education, the daily activities that the children partake in such as yoga, computer class, etc. The staff goes out of their way to make it a fun, learning and caring environment for my child. My child has been in other schools and this is the best experience we had so far with a school for her. I recommend this school to any parent looking for a educational, caring, fun and nurturing environment for their children.
We have been thrilled with The Goddard School. Our son is 4 years old now and has been at The Goddard School since he was 1. We started him at the north Raleigh location and were so happy there. Then we moved to Cary and were a little worried about transferring him to this location (based on some of the reviews online). But we did and have been very happy. The teachers there love what they do and love the kids. Our son has excelled in everything they offer. His vocabulary is amazing, he is already doing math and he wants to learn to read already (he asks us to sound out words and spell words all of the time)! Truthfully, we are worried that he will start public school kindergarten and be bored. There has been some turnover at the school but it seems they are really trying to establish a solid owner/managment foundation. A new owner took over the helm recently and we have already seen positive changes. I feel that the reviews found online are outdated and probably from a small group of unstatisfied parents. Our son has had the same friends for the last 3 classes and has created a wonderful bond with his teachers. We definitely recommend this school!
The school does not have competent/trained staff. They keep on shuffling the teachers from class to another and keep untrained/ under qualified teachers at their place. The management of the school is changing which i believe is not at all concentrating upon improving the quality of education. My kid has not learned anything in this school. I will not at all reccommend this school as it is wastage of money and above that wastage of precious time of the kid...
My 2 year old daughter started at The Goddard School recently and she loves it. They have a great environment for learning and they do a great job of keeping her active and interested throughout the day. The front door is secured with a keypad for security, and the owner and usually multiple staff can see the front door at all times. I never worry about anyone getting into the school that isn't supposed to be there. My daughter started her first week reluctant to go to school, by the end of the week she was excited to leave the house in the morning, saying "school, school" as we walked out the door. She even tried to get dressed for school Saturday morning. When I interact with the teachers and staff of the school I get the feeling that they really want to be there and they enjoy teaching and taking care of children. They vary activities every day to keep kids engaged, and have lots of age appropriate choices in each classroom. You bring lunch for your child and they provide two healthy snacks each day. We are very happy with this school. If you are considering The Goddard School, don't just trust my review. Go in and see the owner and ask for a tour. You won't be disappointed.
