After getting shut out of our public school's pre-k program and encountering more problems with a church-based school in the next town, we ended up here....because they were the only place who had an opening. It was not my first choice and I was soured by the whole preschool thing when I showed up here....so I was looking for any reason to disapprove. Well, I guess things really do happen for a reason. This place was awesome. My son tends to be on the shy side and the teachers really got him to come out of his shell. He attended the integrated preschool/daycare three days a week (mostly for the preschool part). I never got the impression that this was "just a job" for the staff members - they treated my son with interest, care and compassion. Now in kindergarten, he still talks about all of them often (all good!).
