Kid's Place

This preschool provides a warm, friendly, comfortable environment that truly fosters learning through play and building confident children. With 3 children, I have been part of this school as a parent and a board member for many years and know that it is the right place for my children. My 2 older boys have been well prepared for entering school after graduating from this program. They love when the get a chance to go back and the first thing they do is hug the teachers. Being a cooperative preschool, I love the opportunity to spend some time in the classroom and get to know my children's friends.

Loved this school. Being one of "those" Moms, I was nervous sending not only one child, but two children to spend the day with complete strangers where I wasn't at least within ear shot! The teachers here are so warm and love their jobs so much and it shows in their actions and how they interact with the kids. They pack a lot of fun and learning into a small space. I loved this school so much that at my first encounter with them at open house, I accepted a board position. I'll serve on the board until my Son graduates, another year. My daughter graduated today. I am a proud Mom.

My husband went to this school and actually had one of the teachers that is currently there. The teachers are just as great now as he remembers. The students participate in many crafts and have the opportunity to attend a variety of exciting field trips. My son is always sorry to miss school during breaks!

I fell in love with this little school from the moment my son and I had our first tour. The teachers are so wonderful with the children, and the school has such a warm and friendly atmosphere to it. Because it is a cooperative preschool, the parents are able to be active participants in their child's education. This was very important to me when I was choosing a pre-school. Kid's Place has been the perfect introduction for my son to learning outside the home.

Wonderful teachers and a great environment for children. Not too overwhelming, as it is just a preschool, but really prepares the children for kindergarten.
