Early Childhood Center

I have a child in Kindergarten and have been most pleased with the Teachers, Staff and Mr. Saidens. They have progressed so much over this year. It is a wonderful environment and my child absolutely adores Kindergarten. Proud Parent of the ECC

My child attends the ECC for the SCOPE PRE-K program. The program is good but the environment for a PRE-K program is not very loving or friendly environment. If you attend thru the East Islip Free Universal Pre-k it is at no cost.

My son is in the SCOPE pre-k program at the ECC and we are delighted with it! Mrs. Cetron is above and beyond any expectation we had for a preschool teacher. My son comes home happy every day and is so excited to tell us everything he learned. Well worth the money.

Our 4th child is currently in the montessouri program with an inclusion environment - we can see first hand the extra attention all the children get in the class. The kindergartens together all in the same building help build a child focused environment. Only good things to say about the teachers we have had for our older 3 children. Only negative is the PTA doesn't pull parents in early enough to get involved while child is in the school. With only 1 year for most children attending the ECC there should be an earlier parent orientation so they can be more involved from day one in the fall.

the montessouri preschool program is outstanding. I am disappointed that kindergarten will be half day but prior to that the kindergarten was also superior. very pro-child teachers and principal. mr saidens.
