My son was at ECP for two years. First year in an integrated program and 2nd year in Mrs. Ferrante's regular program. Both years he learned a lot and made a lot of progress emotionally, socially and academically. There are a lot of fun activities (book clubs, sports day, spring carnival, etc.) Teachers work very hard to make sure kids get what they deserve. I cannot say enough good things about it.
It is difficult to 'rate' the program since my child is only there for 2 hours each day. The Creative Curriculum seems to be very focused on social skills with a focus on maintaining routines and developing self-sufficient behaviors. I do wish that more work was coming home for me to see, but that is something I can address in parent conferences.
