There is certainly worse out there than this place, and good value for the money - but not a great environment once your child is crawling or older. Not bad for infants, but not attentive and interactive enough for more curious and mobile children. Agreed that owner is impossible to get in touch with, even the assistant is difficult. Website/camera is down more often than it's operational. I'd say keep looking or be willing to pay more $.
This place did not give the care to our child as we expected. Several times our child did not receive the proper food/bottle for the length of time our child was there. The infant room has way to many children and not enough caregivers. The owner is an absentee owner who is impossible to get in touch with. She is very nasty and unreasonable. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
