Crestwood Montessori School

I would give Crestwood Montessori School a 5 star rating. Great teachers who are vested in the child's overall development. Nurturing and caring environment, rich in academic and extra curricular activities. Awesome natural setting which is actively leveraged for nature walks and other ways of introducing the child to nature . The teachers, Head Teacher/Owner, Director and administrative staff are very professional. Our son will be completing 2 years in the toddler class this year and we have every intention of enrolling him for the new year when he goes to primary.

Crestwood Montessori School is truly Somerset's best kept secret. Nowadays, it is very hard to find a school that genuinely cares about the overall progress of the children - socially, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Crestwood Montessori offers that global guidance that is truly noteworthy. As parents who had to pull out our child in the middle of a school year from a supposedly 5 star school, I saw the big difference on how children and parents are dealt with utmost respect. Everything about Crestwood Montessori was what we were looking for in a school. From the access to the 35 acre nature spread to the philosophy of academic and non-academic principles, it was the perfect sanctuary to any child. It was truly the easiest decision we had ever made pertaining to our child's present, for which we strongly feel, would majorly influence her future. The community needs to know how wonderful this school is! We highly recommend it to any parent looking for a school that pays a tremendous amount of attention to the wholistic growth of every child. Our child is very happy! As parents, we are very grateful and satisfied!

I give this school a 5 star rating. This is my first year as the toddler teacher at Crestwood and am amazed how much they have grown in just one year. I'm been involved in the Montessori Philosophy of Education for over 21 year. My 3 daughters have gone through the program, 2 thru 6th grade. I've worked at 3 different Montessori Schools and the environment and family commitment that I see at Crestwood is on point. If you haven't had a chance to come and tour, be prepared to be ah struck. There is nothing more important than having a child who is more prepared, more independent and has the upmost confidence to face world challenges and that is what Montessori Education does. When coming to NJ, 2 years ago, I've toured many Montessori Schools and even worked at one for such a short time. Nothing compares to Crestwood on so many levels. Academics, Social and Emotional Development, Cognitive Skills, nothing that a public school setting can provide. Come and vist us and be amazed!!!

My son has been going to this school for a year now. He absolutely loves going to this school. The teacher's are very caring and professional. Some of the things that my son has learned from this school are how to be polite and independent. I am amazed at how much he has learned at this school. I would definitely recommend this school to any parents.

Our son loves attending Crestwood Montessori School and while that alone would be good enough for us, there's more: * top-notch teachers who exemplify the Montessori Method * challenging (and fun) learning materials * broad curriculum * outdoor activities * yoga! We could not recommend Crestwood more highly.

My Younger son goes to this school, and he loves it. He liked it from day one, and the teachers are very caring for the kids. My son used to have problem holding pencil, they worked with him in such a way that now he writes the alphabet properly. They used the tactic of thumb pin the large one. the atmosphere of the school is very good to.

CMS is a fantastic school. My younger daughter is currently going to this school and I have seen her grow in every way. The teachers there are so caring and naturing and they and treat your child as if they were your own. My daughter loves going top school and that is very important to me. I would highly recommend this school.

I am very proud to work at Crestwood Montessori School. The Directors are wonderful, kind people who truly enjoy working with children. They are sincere and inviting to all that they encounter. From the moment you meet them, you will feel welcomed and appreciated. I am honored to have the opportunity to work with them as well as the wonderful children and families who are a part of this special community. We feel as though our school is like a big family and I believe that the children and parents feel the same way. Our teachers are dedicated and passionate about their work. I am so proud that my child is enrolled in this school. we got 100% satisfaction in terms of his development. I would say more that we had ever thought throughout the year(both socially and academically) .The teachers are excellent ,talented,caring and very much approachable.They offer good quality academics with lot of extras like special art classes ,yoga and spanish.The parents are given many opportunities to be involved .My son brings lots of creatives at home.They send monthly newsletter regarding the accomplishments and what activities where performed during the entire month as well as one on one intraction with the parents regarding the milestone. I'm happy that he is receiving good academics through montessori education in a safe and fun enviornment.Last, I would definately recommend other parents to consider about this school inorder to see positive progress of their child's growth.
