The owner leaves a lot to be desired. She lacks warmth and sincerity. However once you get past her, and since she's not the one spending time with your child, it is a good place for your child. Only other complaint is the nickel and diming they do for every activity.

As schools go it's probably average -good. They have alot of teacher turnover - rare to have a teacher for a whole year. Another issue is better pricing for parents that are 'in favor' with the owner - special treatments are annoying. Don't they think the Moms talk when they pick the kids up?

I just read review that computer classes are great - well there are NO computer classes. The science class, cooking class, and music class are only offered if you pay a hefty montly fee - $100.00 on top of normal tuition.

Little Village is an exceptional place to educate your child (ren). Not only is the school phenomenal, but the teachers, each and every one of them, are fantastic. The nuture they provide in addition to all the perks of attending Little Village, really means alot to a parent. My daughter has learned so much from Little Village in the short amount of time that we have been here already! The director and staff truly care for the well being of your child (ren) and welcome any ideas that you have to bring to the table for suggestions for improvement. Their lesson plans have meaning and purpose and the teachers, each of them, are extremely creative in their goals. Education, exceptional care for your child, nuturing and great one to one interaction make this school a 6 star if there is such a thing! I highly recommend Little Village for your family.

Little Village is the best kept secret in the area....and shouldn't be! When I was searching for a pre-school program for my 2 1/2 yr old son, I was better prepared than I was for my first child. I knew what to look for and what questions to ask. I knew exactly what I wanted in a pre-school for my child. When I walked into Little Village, I immediately felt that perfect fit. The warmth and friendliness of the staff made my children so comfortable that they didn't want to leave! The teachers are all degreed and certified (not so in a lot of pre-schools) therefore, the academic program is implemented correctly and effectively. The environment is extremely comfortable and is therefore conducive to learning. I believe that my children learn best in a nurturing environment and Little Village is that place.

Great school for curriculum and their science and computer classes are amazing. Also the childeren have right amount of down time as well, the empasis is on education and projection not free play. The staff is very hands on and there is a great regard for children safety as well

No well know outside the area, but really strong teachers. Dedication to individual children shows and that's quite important in their age range.

The curriculum is fantastic and the children learn to read and write in preschool. The emphasis is on education and they do a great job teaching the children. That said, no manners at all and the environment made my child afraid of the teachers. If you are interested in education only and you have a child that can handle the lack of manners and yelling, then it truly is a great school.

Little Village is a very warm and nurturing place. All the teachers are college graduates with a degree in teaching. Each teacher plans their lessons for the whole school year. They have very specific goals and they achieve their goals. The teachers welcome your input and encourage communication with parents. The teachers and the aids are very helpful. If you have a problem with behavior at home, but not at school, they work with you to institute a plan of action. My son brings home some type of art almost every day. They have time to go outside to play if weather permits and some times twice in one day. The owner and the teachers are always looking for ways to make things even better all the time. It's a fabulous place! It's a very special place with a great balance of caring and discipline and learning.
