I had heard very good things about Lehmann, prior to viewing their program ourselves. The level of dedication to the clients is indeed an amazing and heart warming thing to see and experience. My daughter has been enrolled in several programs which inevitably proved to be poorly run facilities that were either consistenly short staffed or had a very high staff turnover. As soon as I sensed a digression in my daughter's skills, we began researching alternate options for her. She has been at Lehmann for two years now. She absolutely loves to go to her program every day. She has maintained and/or increased her ability in all areas. I highly recommend Lehmann as a safe, happy and effective environment for learning!

This school has to be without question one of our states greatest assests. The staff and volunteers are completley dedicated to the childrens well being and total fulfilment of their potential. I like many of you with children of special needs had a hard time not only picking a school for my child but letting go of him at only 3 years old to be part of a whole day program. From the first time we visited the school after our IEP meeting where we were given the task of finding a subitable speacials needs school for our son we knew that the Lehmann school was without question the best place for him to be. Why, becasue he choose them. He acted as though he knew the staff and other children his entire life. He was imediately included as a member of the class even though he was only a vistitor.
