It's an excellent primer for your kids to prepare for the challenges they will face as they grow older.

Rainbow Academy - Flemington, NJ. I had the worst experience here w/ Director, Assistant Director and CEO- the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. They refused to acknowledge my rights as my son's father to visit the "educational" institution and my son, and to provide me access to his records. They bullied me and eventually removed my son out of the school. Their final letter admitted their wrongs but continued to disparage me. Logistically, I was not impressed with there facilities or their curriculum. I have been teaching my son foreign language, arts, music, sciences, and mathematics beyond that RA claims to provide. The truth is that RA claims big results but teaches the children like monkeys would be taught rather than providing real life skills for solid development; e.g. they teach sign and ad hoc "Spanish". RA's daily tasks include only 20% learning and 80% washing hands, sleeping, and playing with toys or on gym. Bottom line, RA does not have an environment conducive for real life learning skills and has a management and leadership staff of biased and stereotypical armatures who want to capitalize on your need for child daycare.

Rainbow Academy's director and assistant director do not support the parents or their teachers. The school is very disfunctional and if you have a child with special needs do not enroll your child in this school because they will treat your child poorly. They can not handle children with special needs because their staff is not trained to do so. Also the director is rude and not professional at all. The director has adult conversations within ear shot of the child she is talking about not taking into consideration that this converations should happen in private theirfore giving the child a complex. The facilty is beautiful but the director and teachers are just the opposite. I would not expose my child to this type of environment.
