LAKEVIEW SCHOOL IN EDISON, NJ IS THE BEST SCHOOL THAT I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF COMING INTO CONTACT WITH. MY SON HAS CEREBRAL PALSY AND HE IS WHAT THEY CONSIDER A SPASTIC QUADRIPELIGIC. THE TEACHERS ARE WONDERFUL..THE THERAPIST ARE WONDERFUL.. THE NURSES AND ALL THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL.. IT MAY SOUD TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, BUT MY SON HAS THRIVED SINCE GOING THERE.. HE LOVES TO GET ON THE BUS EVERY DAY. IF YOU ARE THE PARENT OF A CHILD WITH A DISIBILITY, PLEASE CHOOSE LAKEVIEW, OR AT LEAST LOOK IN TO IT. I PROMISE YOU WONT BE DISAPOINTED.
We are extremely pleased with the program/curriculum at Lakeview. They have an open door policy and always welcome parental involvement. The aides in the classroom have tremendous knowledge of my child and care for him as I would. When I put my child on the bus I never worry. I know his educational, social, and health issues will be addressed with knowledge, perseverence and special care. The school always has some type of exracurriculum activity happening and all children are invited to participate.
