I was referred to Jack In The Box Schools by my sister-in-law, whose two children attended the Summer Camp Program and the regular school year program. The both started at approximately 2 1/2 yrs of age. The Director Ms. Sue Arlia is such a warm and caring individual and made my son fell right at home from the first day he started camp there. Ms. Bernadette(who is the Director of the Alpine location and Ms. Stacy were his teachers, and he loved them. Such individual attention is given to all the children. The program isimpressive as it is enriched even at the pre-pre-school level. Parents are updated everyday as to what their child has accomplished as well as what foods they have tried /liked / disliked! I now have two children attending Jack In The Box!

My husband and I personally toured 9 area pre schools in northern NJ, before deciding on Jack in the Box of Closter for our three year old. We have been so pleased, that our younger son began the school's Terrific Twos class early - and our next door neighbor switched her daughter to the Jack in the Box, too. The following are my reasons for ranking this pre school with five stars: Tradition with a Powerful Twist: From the moment my 2 boys race each other up the stairs to reach the school's doorbell first, their Jack in the Box education begins with Miss. Janet greeting them at the door with a happy, huge welcoming good morning. She expects - and receives - a responsive greeting. My shyest little man has blossomed under her example. A minor vignette - but an example of the individualized attention received. To be continued . ..
