Goddard School - Cherry Hill

This school was great until the new franchise owner came in few months ago and implemented all the corporate cost cut measures. The new owner is Ex Corporate Finance person and well versed in cost cutting measures and driving profitability. During the transition period the previous owner and the new owner both promised it is just change of ownership and nothing else will change!! Kids do not get the basic supplies anymore, like papers to draw on instead small pieces of papers around 4 or 6 inches are distributed. The school use to give homework which was a good practice since it brings a sense of discipline, this was stopped too. There were 2 administrators one of whom was let go soon after new owner took over. The old administrator did excellent job. The newsletter and the communication is all now coming via email. It will be nice at least for kids if we do not implement the corporate cost cut measures.

My son goes to the school since March, and teachers and school staffs are great! We moved from New York and it is worth it sending children to this school. He learns a lots and staffs pay attention to children! We always see parents talking to staffs all the time, and I do, too. It is great school, and you definately should send children to this school!

This is a terrific school. My daughter attends part time for pre-school. The teachers are all patient and loving towards the children. It is expensive compared to other pre-schools, but they do follow national guidlines for education as well as having background checks on all employees.
