This place should be closed down! The teachers have to supply food, toys and educational materials or there would be none. This, despite the fact that this center receives numerous monetary grants from government funds and the YMCA. The good teachers end up leaving and when they go, they take half the classroom with them as they used their own money for supplies--who can blame them, but this makes it difficult for incoming teachers. Most teachers are immature and underqualified, but they are great at lip service. Directors are incapable of managing this center and are just as involved in the drama, gossip and indifference to the children as the remaining staff. Three children have been lost/misplaced in the last six months and many things that parents should know about are not reported. Staff is told not to discuss dangerous physical or health problems at the center, with parents. Many good teachers have left due to frustration or attempting to follow state guidelines, only to be harassed by current management and staff who only want to run this center according to their own, watered down version of the state guidelines. Send your child anywhere but here.!
