Launching Pad Day Care

My son started at the Launching Pad when he was 3 months old. There was a change in management the same week he started and it seems to be working well. The school is extremely clean and well taken care of and the staff very thoughtful, friendly and professional. The daily updates on his activities are very thorough and helpful. The only constructive criticism I have is there is a lot of young staff, who don't seem to have the polish that the full time staff has. It has made us uncomfortable at times that they do not always identify themselves as staff and seem to change quite often.

My daughter started at the Launching Pad Daycare when she was just 5 months old. I have always felt very comfortable with the teachers and they were very accommodating with transitions between home and school (including using sign language in the infant room!). Now my daughter is headed into pre-school and I am still very pleased with the teachers. I am always in=mpressed with the creative sensory activities they come up with. They also give me daily written updates on my child's day including their meals, the lesson plan, and their behavior/ emotional state. My only complaint is that I have been incorrectly billed a few times, so I would encourage parents to double check all billing statements.
