My family has been with Andrea at Hogarth for 6/7 years. I have three kids. I cannot imagine sending them anywhere else. The kids love it there. The best is that they are playing and do not even realize they are learning! When my oldest went to kindergarten at Epping Elementary, her teacher told us that she could always tell which kids came from Hogarth because they knew more than the average kindergarten child. Hogarth is about learning through play, music, and creativity. I cannot stress enough how great Andrea and her assistant(s) are! I am extremely thankful we had the opportunity to send our children there.
Hogarth Country Day School is as good as it gets. The experience my daughter has had at Hogarth has been nothing but outstanding. Andrea is a wonderful teacher of young learners - she teaches the children early literacy and math skills in fun and engaging ways. The kids have open play times where they can explore on their own and learn important social skills. It is so clear that Andrea works very hard to incorporate these skills into every activity the children participate in - most of the time without the kids even knowing it! Andrea communicates regularly with parents through email. She posts daily/weekly blogs with pictures and videos which keeps families up to date on the happenings in class. She even posts Tweets directly from the students daily! Hogarth was a wonderful first learning experience for my daughter and I feel absolutely confident she is ready for her move up to Kindergarten next year. I cannot say enough about the positive learning experiences my daughter has had at Hogarth!
My son graduated from Hogarth. He is now in the eighth grade. He still talks about the special memories that he has from Hogarth. I can't say enough about the many different things that he learned about, many more opportunities than other programs I looked into.
Incredible School!! The best education and introductory to the lower level grades. My children are doing wonderful in the higher grades because of this school. My 7 year old is now in 2nd grade and if it wasnt for the Hogarth School he wouldn't have even liked going to school. The Hogarth students love going to school knowing that they are getting the care and attention possible. I cant say enough about this school you will just have to experience it for yourself. It is worth every penny!
