The school truly considers the parents as partners in the childrens' education and other aspects of the school itself. Such a supportive and welcoming school environment is often hard to find. We are lucky to have found them!
I can't say enough positive things about this school! This is our first year and we couldn't be happier with how things are going! My daughter is excited to go to school every day and looks forward to her "Helper Day". We have to check the calendar every morning to find out who the "Helper of the Day" is. I look forward to her Helper Days (about once a month) because I get to hang out with her and her classmates and see how she interacts with everyone. I also get to see what she does everyday! I'm so glad I found a school that encourages parents to take an active roll in their children's education. The other families are very welcoming - many of them have their 2nd or 3rd child attending PCPS. Instead of finding just a school, I feel like I've found a community! When I started looking for a preschool I knew I didn't want a "daycare", but other than that I was searching in the dark. I'm so happy my search landed me at PCPS, I can't imaging going anywhere else.
We love Parents' Coop! The teachers love and care for the students, the curriculum is excellent, and the director is amazing. They really get to know each student, and adjust their lessons and the curriculum accordingly. Best of all, parents get to help out in the classroom about once a month, so you can see how your children interact, and really get to know the friends that they have, and the families. I recommend our school to everyone!
