My son has blossomed at this school. It is very true to the Montessori philosophy. It is a small school but I think that that has given me more contact with teachers and administrators than I would have otherwise had. They have move at the pace of my child and he is way ahead of where other children are in preschool.
Mississippi Valley Montessori is a wonderful pre-school and kindergarten. Speaking from personal experience, I would say that our son has thrived at the school. He has almost effortlessly learned writing, reading and math while learning other skills such as 'Grace and Courtesy', caring for the environment, and self-direction. He thoroughly enjoyed the teachers, the other children and especially all the Montessori materials he gets to use everyday.
