I have 2 kids going to Miniapple in Oakdale I absolutely love it. They bend over backwards to make it a wonderful experience for the children. They learn geography, reading and writing, adding and subtracting, manners and respect (just to name a few). My son would rather go to school then stay home with us. The teachers are friendly and communicate extremely well with the parents. I know everything my kids do each day. In 5 years I have NEVER seen a teacher be out of line with the children. They do not expect conformity. They TEACH good manners and respect, which any good parent would hope for. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants the best for their children. You will not regret your decision.
Miniapple has people who care, teach, and take care of my children. They go over and beyond. I have a huge amount of trust in their services. The education my four children have recieved has been awesome. Hats off to such a fine early childhood program!!
I disagree with the previous review. While I had a child enrolled, I found the teachers to be really wonderful when everyone was watching, but authoritarian other times. I did NOT like that the toddler room did not have a waist high window. Good child care centers keep rooms open to see activities inside. The building seems cramped, especially in the infant room. While the curriculum looked good, I do not think this facility lived up to its 'Montessori' name in the areas of respect and empathy. The staff seemed strict instead of understanding with the children. They seemed to expect conformity. I have had much better experiences at the other 3 preschools and daycares my family has used. Not all Montessoris live up to the name!

Absolutly fantasic! We had been using another daycare, which was a typical daycare, but we wanted more. It's a little expensive, but worth every penny. They practically potty trained our kids and they are so well behaved it's amazing what one year there has done for our 3 yr old.
