When I was pregnant with my daughter, I looked at over 12 different daycare facilities. I had extremely high expectations. If I was going to leave my daughter and return to work, it had to be the best. Cook's Academy shined above the rest. Kelly Cook and her staff are very caring. My daughter loves going to school every day. She loves her teachers and is learning so much there. I am so thankful for Cook's Academy!

Cook's Academy is a wonderful and safe learning environment for our son. We started our child at Cook's at one year old and are so happy we are enrolled at Cook's. Our son has Down Syndrome. When we found out that Kelly Cook has her degree in special education we immediately felt at ease. While he may be only one in a few special needs children at Cook's, he is well taken care of and is learning so much! All of the teachers are patient and really care about their students. We appreciate everything that Cook's Academy does for our child!!

One word - excellent! Cooks Academy has been a staple for our children since they were 3m/4m old. One just graduated and the other is almost 3 years old. I cannot say enough about the school, staff and overall satisfaction with my children s development while attending Cooks. Definitely worth the extra investment, as you know the quality of education is at its highest standard. Highly recommended by our family!

Cook's at 16 weeks old. He is now two years old and he loves going to "school" at Cook's. The caregivers are all loving and personable. Education was an important factor for me in choosing a day care. I have found that the instruction here is fabulous - our 2 year old and his classmates have advanced vocabularies and skills compared to others their age. I feel so confident with Cook's that I couldn't think of looking for an alternative, perhaps less expensive option, when our infant twins were born. They now attend, as well. We know that our children our safe, happy and enriched by Cook's every day.

I sent my son to Cooks Academy from 18 months until 2 years and 4 months and I absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about this school. Sadly, we had to leave due to an out of state move, and we miss Cooks everyday. After searching for another daycare in a major city, it only emphasizes what we already knew about Cooks. It is second to none in terms of organization, cleanliness, education and most importantly love and affection and quality of instructors. I realize now how advanced his vocabulary and skills are to others his age, due to the instruction at Cooks. I never worried one day that my son was at Cooks and truly believe that, after extensive research into all surrounding daycares, Cooks is far superior to any other option in Metro Detroit!

Cooks Acadamey is a wonderful daycare. I did an extensive search for daycares in the detroit metro area and none impressed me more than this facility owned by Kelly Cook. From the beginning it was clear to me that the teachers really cared about the children. When I voiced concerns to Kelly about my daughter's adjustment to a daycare environment she replied 'We do whatever it takes, even if we have to carry her around all day to comfort her'. That was a response I never received from the other 10 plus daycares I interviewed. And those were not just words. The staff at Cook's really does whatever it takes to make sure the children are in a safe, clean, caring, and educational environment.

We started at Cook's when my daughter was almost 2 and my son was 16 weeks old. That was almost 3 years ago and we have been very happy with the care that our kids receive. We go to work knowing that our children are safe, happy and well cared for. The focus on education is top-notch and has prepared our daughter well for kindergarten.

My son is 19 months old and has been attending Cook's since he was 8 weeks. I cannot say enough positive things about Cook's and the staff. Any new mom will tell you that dropping off an 8 week old at a 'daycare' for the first time is a heart wrenching experience. And while it was hard, I knew in my gut that I had picked the right place for my child and there was not a single nagging feeling I had about leaving my child in their care. We are on our 3rd classroom now as he has grown and each level has exceeded my expectations in terms of the teachers and their attention to the individual needs of both the child and me as the parent. 5 out of 5 no doubt!
