My 2 yr old Son attend this school. He was neglected by the staff. The teachers were outside talking amongst themselves in a circle drinking soda passing a one liter around their circle and during this time he was trying to get on the swing for 10 min and tried telling the teachesr 3 times to only get ignored....he then moved on to the slide to get bullied by the older kids being kicked in the back for 2 min then pushed to the side! All this could have been prevented if the teacher were doing there job and watching the children, after that my son went back to the swing only to get one of 2 yr old teachers to be swinging on the swing and would not allow him to se it he then tried going on the other swing and no one helped him so the whole time I was outside, he got absolutely no help. Parents I warn you to NOT bring you precious child to this school because these teacher show no interest in our children, they are only there for the money and I thank God for revealing this behavior to me sooner than later. My Son ALWAYS came home dirty with dirk in his ears and nostrils and his hands NEVER washed. This was just one of the many issues that I had with them and they never improved.
Bethany Christian Daycare offers everything that a parent would want for their child. My son, David, attended the daycare from then the weetots to kindergarden program. The daycare offered an excellent academic program that was taught by well educated, caring and bright teachers, good meal/snacks prepared on site, outside activities, christian background, safe facility, and an excellent price. When my son graduated from kindergarten, he scored above average in reading and math, which prepared him for the next level of education at a top elementary school. I would recommend this daycare to anyone without any reservation.
I have three boys ages 7, 4 and 1. My oldest two attended Bethany Christian Daycare and they really received a strong foundation. They were enrolled at 2 years old and the staff assisted me with potty training and social skills. The staff is nuturing and friendly. It was a family-like atmosphere. It is a committed staff and both of my children had the same teachers! It is reasonably priced and I wouldn't think of sending my little ones anywhere else! When my third son turns two he will also attend Bethany. Also try Camp Bethany. It is a summer program that also incorporates educational fun in it's program.
I had the pleasure of sending my daughter to Bethany Christian Day Care and hopefully soon my son. The staff was nuturing, kind, understanding, and loving. They were able to assist me with potty training all the way up to preschool basics. My daughter was tested when she left Bethany for entrance into first grade. When I got the results back I was really impressed. Her math skills were on a 2nd grade level and her reading skills were on a 4th grade level!!!. Bethany was a true blessing and I strongly recommend them to anyone!!!
Bethany Day Care provided the kind of early education my child needed. My son is now in law school after graduating with two degrees from Virginia Tech. Bethany gave my son a real head start in school. When he left Bethany kindergarten, he was reading on a second grade level and and more importantly love school.
