My daughter goes to Ascension Lutheran and loves it! She is currently in the 4 yr old program and has been attending since the age of 2. When she started at Ascension, she was barely speaking and lacked a lot of social skills. Within 6 months, she turned into the bright, chatty little person she is now. The teachers are awesome and can be easily reached if needed and the Director is an amazing woman. She is very hands-on (you will often find her walking the kids to/from the carpool line on any given day) and incredibly understanding. Last year, my family fell on hard times. With the guidance of Ascension's director and the help of the board members, we were able to receive financial assistance and my daughter could continue attending this great school. We couldn't ask for a more caring enviroment for our child to grow in and we can't wait for our 1 yr old son to attend!

My daughter went to kindergarten at Ascension & she loved it. They put on 3 or more performances that year - great songs & photo ops. Great curriculum; more than prepared her for the 1st grade. The playground is large and new, with a round track encircling it so kids can ride bikes. The teachers are first-rate: well in-tune with the children, motivational, caring, and firm when needed (which was nearly never). I had numerous opportunities to volunteer and never worried about my child while she was there.
