Teachers are wonderful here. I do not understand the previous comment before, from my understanding, the ratio of staff to child ratio is better than the average. I love the teachers at Kay Kare, they are friendly, and really care for each of those children! The home environment makes it cozy and welcoming. In addition, they teach reading and math from Houghton Mifflin's curriculum!
The proprietor is rarely onsite. Staff is friendly for the most part, but turnover seems to be an issue. Infant-to-caregiver ratio seems to be a bit high.
