My neice attended this school for a few months and I heard nothing but horror stories from my brother. I would not recommend this school unless attending the before and after care. Some of the teachers seemed to be a little off as they were in their own world when I would come through. Who knows what went on there behind those outdated cameras. High turnover rate!! not a good look in education.

This school is great staff wise .....Management wise its the worst the director is always on her phone talking to her whoever she never listens over talks you and ALWAYS want to tell you about her kid and her situation . Ms. Lisa although is the best she is always willing to help and listens very well to bad she is not the director. Yet this Letica is always bashing her staff (PTA meetings is a ex.), putting them down she never backs them she is rude in her talk and seems to be the center of all the gossip! The teachers have always been nice to my son. He comes home talking about Ms. Stacey, Ms Ree, Ms. Kim, Mr. Will and Ms April all the time he loves them. i rate this school a 2 because of the directors lack of communication skills and professionalism she is very rude. I am shocked the staff has not said anything to the owners! i have heard and watched her talk to her staff in tones very unprofessional. If you looking for a daycare and you do not mind dealing with an abrasive, rude, attention seeking director this is the perfect daycare the teachers are the best and my son is learning. BUT if u cant stand a two faced and fake person this director and daycare is not for you!!!!!

My daughter attended Kidz Ink for 2 and a half years before going off to Kindergarten at Seven Oaks Elementary School. Let me just start off by saying this was the best choice I made. My daughters first year of kindergarten was amazing. Her kindergarten teacher was even amazed with her speaking a little bit of Spanish! While my daughter was at Kidz Ink she was able to learn so much from their curriculum. Her Kindergarten teacher had her doing more challenging activities on a first grade level. I was so pleased with Kidz Inks Curriculum that excelled the Seven Oaks Elementary School.

I absolutely loved this school! My daughter blossomed their under her teach Ms. Stacy. I wish I could have kept her there but we moved too far away. I also loved Ms. Lisa the afternoon Manager. She was always friendly and very helpful. In fact all of the staff had been very friendly and helpful towards me and my daughter. I would recommend this school to anyone and if I could I would bring my daughter, who misses the school dearly, back in a heartbeat.

The worst daycare ever the director and the owner very unprofessional and rude. My child a 3 year old attended the daycare center for only four months. And in those four months i felt as if he forgot everything he had already learned before starting that facility. All they do is take the children outside to play all day. If your looking for a daycare with a great leaning curriculum kidz ink is not it!

I absolutely LOVE Kidz Ink!!! I have gone through a few centers in the past year. But this will be our last stop. I have finally found the perfect day care for my 2 year old daughter that can handle her potty training. What s even better is that I can also drop off my 8 year old son for their SUMMER CAMP at the same facility! Thank god, it s so perfect! I think my son may be continuing to stay there this fall for their after school programs!

My 9 month old is really processing well here. This is s new child care center for her and the staff has really taken time out to ensure that she reaches her developmental milestones. The director seems to be on the right track.

I feel that the owners are just not passionate about their facilities. I feel they truly do not care about the kids, parents or their staff. It is evident by the way things are run. Open your eyes! This isn't the place you want to send your kids. It is all about money in the owners' pockets!!! Don't send your children to this facility. Do your background check!!!!

My daughter just graduated from the Pre-K program. She spent the past year in Ms. Ree's and Mr. Will's class. We just loved it there. She is so prepared for Kindergarten. I could not see her going any place else. If there was ever a concern to took care of it immediately. The center is bright, clean and always decorated with the children's art work. I have talked with a few parents outside of the center and they too seem to be happy. Kidz, Ink keep up the good work!

I would be lying if I said I m not very hard to please, when it comes to my child. I had a son at another day care center (which I will not name) and I was very unhappy with the director. Since coming to Kidz Ink the director, greets me coming and going. A parent should always be made to feel welcomed. If I wanted to pop in at the old center, the director made me feel like I needed an appointment to check on my child! At Kidz Ink I feel like it s an open door. I can pop in at nap time, snack time, whenever and I am always greeted with a warm smile and hello. This is how every parent at any center should be made to feel.

The worst daycare ever! Unprofessional, unreliable, rude and unethical. They don't care about the children, they are only there to make money!

Kidz Ink currently has a "D" rating with the Better Business Bureau of Maryland (BBB). There have been 2 complaints logged against Kidz Ink in the last twelve months. Kidz Ink failed to resolve the complaint issues. Even with outside intervention these people have no intent to come to amicable solutions to known issues. Do you really want to give them the responsibility of caring for your child?

I dont think the teachers are good. Probably some of them may be good. My child starting to use terrible words which are we never have said before. Yes, maybe some kids may have said in the class. Anyways, my child havent ever been happy (my child ever have had no probrem being pre-school). Some of teachers woking for money. Im happy because she wont go anymore.

My child does not go to this school, however I called today to get information on their Pre-K program and the lady was very uninformitive and sounded as if she was about to fall asleep. I had to ask if I had the right place. She didn't have much to say about the place and her lack of enthusiasm for the place she works must reflect on the children's environment as well. I wouldn't send my child here just from my initial phone call.

During the year and a half that my child attended this daycare, there were constant staff changes and not for the better. During that period, the daycare went through 4 different directors and my child went through 10 different care givers or "teachers". While we liked some of the caregivers, the constant changes did not provide the best environment for our child. They constantly shift teachers from one room to the next, depending on how many kids have showed up for the day, thereby making it impossible for the teachers that DO want to teach to set up a lesson plan. Also, many of the wonderful teachers that have many years of experience are being dismissed and replaced by new hires with little to no experience, because they cost less. Also, the administrative office and owners are difficult to deal with and very "money hungry". It is clear that money, and not the best interest of the children in their care, is their main concern. It is not a surprise that there is no waiting list for most rooms and some rooms have been closed because they did not have enough children as parents continue to pull their kids out of this place.

My child attended this daycare for a very brief time. The staff were unprofessional. I actually walked in and heard a teacher say a curse word in the classroom to a child and I immediately withdrew my child and reported the incident to the Director at the time, who basically did nothing. I would recommend this daycare to NOONE!

My daughter attended this school for almost a year. In the beginning I was very pleased with the teaching staff and she really enjoyed going. However, in less then a year she was transitioned three times and had close to five different teachers. The last time, I walked into her class, and was informed that day she had been moved. She cries daily now as I drop her off and complains every morning that she does not want to go to school. In addition, the school is very poorly run and I was given two to three late notices despite making the proper payment because of their poor record keeping. In the last instance I was charged 770.00 instead of 180.00 by mistake because the Director didn't know how to work the credit/debit machine. I would NOT recommend this center any parent as I have had a terrible experience here.

This seems to be the theme this year. I had pulled my daughter from this school due to the issues I had with the regulations and conflicts with the front office. The teachers were wonderful however. I am sure she still misses them at least.

I too am greatly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and knowledge of the management staff. No one is on the same page, you get different information from everyone you talk to regarding hours, food policies, payments, etc. Instead of fixing the problem with the food preparation, you know have to supply your own food with the rates staying the same.

I am greatly disappointed by the lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff and director. I have had numerous issues rearding communication about my daughter's day. I have had multiple conversations with her teachers and the director with no improvement.
