Spring Bilingual Montessori

My husband and I agree that Spring is the best school for our three children. The Spanish is great and the language teachers are certified teachers. The montessori teachers are amazing, my two older kids have good study habits so far. A small school with a very nice community and feel. Go visit.

It s for 3-6 year olds and there are 30 kids per class. The main teacher is a Montessori teacher and speaks English. The assistant speaks in the second language (Spanish, French or Italian). There s a third teacher who takes the kids in two groups (3 and 4 year olds and then the older kids) for 45 minutes and focuses on the language. Many of the teachers have been there for 10 years + and 20 years + in some cases. The program is half-day but they offer after care up to 6 pm. From my experience, you need to apply no later than October for the following year if you want a full-time space in the Spanish classroom. I can t speak to the other classes.

We were searching for a truly bi-lingual (Spanish/English) immersion program. We have been very pleased with our children s progression in both Spanish and English. Our children arrive to school happy and return home enthusiastic.
