The Goddard School

I have mixed feelings. Pros: my child's dedicated teachers went above and beyond and clearly cared about teaching young children. The playground is large and well cared for and the office staff extremely warm and helpful, welcoming each student daily and remembering details about each child and family. Cons: The owner, who I felt was overly profit-driven. Many of the classrooms are small, cramped, and the supplies in each old and worn. Teachers have a miniscule budget for buying supplies. My child was in a classroom that seemed that it should have been a common room, open to the entryway with only half walls and therefore noisy, and lacking any windows except for skylights. I felt the owner was bossy, obsessed with rules and not very child centered. All in all we were happy there, and the teachers were the best part.

We have 2 dauhters who attend The Goddard School and our experience has been outstanding. The classrooms are small and the teachers often go above and beyond treating our girls with care and compassion. The Ownership is hands on and goes out of her way to give each family the attention they need. Goddard is not the cheapest game in town, however, they are worth every single hard earned dime! We cannot say enough about this place and our girls absolutely love going to school every morning. Well worth a visit....
